A case assignment at J.I.S starts with a short assessment — case type, Texas city, timeline, and how to reach you — so a licensed investigator can review the situation and follow up. There is no directory and no bidding list; the same firm that takes your assessment staffs the work. After you submit, we notify the desk and send you to the Client Portal so you can create a login, track the file, and keep messages and documents in one place.
