When a PI helps
Choose this when none of the other types is close enough. A licensed investigator still reviews the city, the timeline, and what you describe, then tells you whether J.I.S can take it and how.
What to expect
The assessment is short. Add the detail you are willing to share. The desk follows up with a service recommendation, likely hours, and how to open the portal — the same path as any other case type.

Work is limited to lawful Texas assignments. If the matter belongs in another state or is something a licensed PI cannot take, we will say so plainly.
